Connor has experience as an aircraft interior designer, a boat designer, and a bespoke furniture designer. Currently, he leads the design efforts at Citadel Completions. With a keen eye for overarching themes and intricate details in design, engineering, and manufacturing, Connor can bring dreams to life.

Evaluation

To kick off any project, the team gathers essential information to understand its scope. We gain insight through engaging with the end-user and stakeholders to discuss their vision, needs, and preferences. The goal is to understand the client's aesthetic, use case, budget, and timeline.

Exploration

The team begins translating the client's ideas and parameters into actionable designs. Using mood boards, space plans, and renderings, we guide the client through the design process through iterative presentations focused on form, fit, and function. Insights gathered from these meetings enhance the fidelity of the design plan.

Execution

This is where the design comes to life. Creating a mature and defined design plan requires careful coordination and project management. A successful project hinges on clearly communicating this design plan to all stakeholders, including procurement, engineering, and production.
